We primarily lend against real estate (investment and commercial properties) and business receivables. All loans are in first lien position. We do not lend against primary residences or make unsecured loans.

We can close in as little as a few days for straightforward deals with clean documentation. Most loans close within 1-2 weeks. We control our own capital, so there are no outside approval committees slowing things down.

Our maximum loan-to-value ratio is 65%. All properties require an independent third-party appraisal. We collect interest reserves upfront at closing, which further protects both the borrower and our capital.

We require a minimum FICO score of 670. This is driven by our institutional requirements. All borrowers also undergo a standard background check and OFAC screening.

Yes. We're based in South Florida but fund deals across the country. What matters is the quality of the collateral and the strength of the deal — not geography.
