AMS Capital Solutions LLC ("AMS") originates loans for business purposes only. We do not make loans secured by primary residences. We do not make consumer loans. All loans are intended for investment, commercial, or other business purposes as defined by applicable lending regulations.
The Site provides information about our lending products and lets you submit a loan inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not create a loan commitment, application, or obligation. We review every inquiry but reserve the right to decline any deal for any reason consistent with applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMS and its members, officers, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to jurisdiction in those courts.
